Before you go order our online Fresh Flower Delivery services, By placing an order on this website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTION
- In the event of any supply difficulties (flowers/ greenery & fillers/ wrapper/ ribbon), we will replace with flowers of a similar (or greater) value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement. We will always do our best to ensure that your flower matches the picture in our catalogue as much as possible by substituting unavailable items with the most similar ones.
- Every flower is unique. Their colour tones and shades would always differ to some degree due to nature. Your bouquet will not look exactly the same as shown in the pictures due to their nature – all visual is only illustrative of the colour theme and style.
ORDER & PAYMENT
- Please note that FULL PAYMENT has to be made before we proceed to your order. We will send you a confirmation email once the flower is delivered. Please ensure you fill up your phone / email address correctly on the appropriate field when placing order.
- As the payments are conducted through a third party (Banks and iPay88), we will not be held liable any technical errors that may occur during payment process.
DELIVERY & REFUND
- Our standard delivery services are completed between Monday- Friday 10am – 6pm with no time request available to maintain fairness to all our customers. For same day delivery, please order before 12pm.
- We are close on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, except for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day weekend and Christmas.
- If no recipient or representative is available to receive the flowers, we will call you to decide:Option A: Leave the flower at…
- For Office- to receptionist/ colleagues/ at the door step
- For House/ Apartment/ Condominium- security guard/ at the door-step/ neighbours
Option B: Reschedule the delivery
An additional redelivery fee RM50 will be charged.
If we are unable to reach you within 10mins of courier arrival, we will go for Option A. Hence, kindly ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery on the specific time range.We will not take responsibility for lost or damaged items.
- We do not guarantee the delivery to be on time and we shall not be held liable for any failure to perform in our obligations whereby such failure is a result of natural phenomena (severe weather conditions and natural disasters such as heavy rain, storm, flood etc.).
- Buyers are to ensure that only correct and accurate information is provided during the process of placing an order online. We will not be responsible if buyer provides incorrect details that lead to failure to deliver.
- Flowers are highly perishable items. There will be no returns acceptable. Returns will only be made if the flowers in a very poor shape or forms.
- For self collection, sender is responsible to keep the flowers fresh and we will not be liable for the buyer’s mistreatment towards the flowers. Please ensure that the flowers are kept in a cold and well-ventilated area. Do not leave the bouquet in anywhere that is heat, suffocating or direct sunlight. Kindly note that refund or exchange is not available.
- If the cancellation is before 24 hours of delivery, we do charge 50% of the total order cost. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders which have been prepared and are ready for delivery, so cancellations received on the day of delivery cannot be accepted. - All flowers are perishable items and they are not guaranteed to be completely flawless
- Delivery during peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Day, as well as selected public holidays and eves, the flower cost will be increased multi-fold. Hence, Everyday Flowers reserved the right to increase price accordingly during the peak period.
- All personal information (name, delivery address, email, contact number, etc.) collected from you is confidential. It is used solely for the purpose of delivery and billing of your order. We do not have electronic nor online mailing list, nor does our online store require you to create an account. Any information collected will not be used for internal marketing purposes, and will not be disclosed to any other parties without prior consent of our customers.
