Q1/ How do I make order from Everyday Flowers website?
Just follow these simple steps to check out 🙂
- Step 1: Pick your favorite bouquet “Add to cart“.
- Step 2: At Shopping Cart page, you can enter a Coupon Code to enjoy discounts (if applicable). Once completed, click the “Proceed To Checkout” button.
- Step 3: Key in the “Billing details” and “Shipping Details”. Write your “Message” & pick your “Delivery date”.
- Step 4: Complete Payment via ipay88.
Q2/ How long do I have to wait for my blooms?
We deliver Monday to Saturday from 10am-6pm with no specific time request. The cut off time for same day delivery is 12pm.
Q3/ Can I do Self Collection?
Of course! Key in “-” into the Shipping Address section and then type 51000 into the postcode bar during check out. Remember to select “Self pickup at The Fennel Sentul East” at total section. Do let us know the estimated collection time at Remark bar.
Q4/ When & Where should I go for Self Collection?
Our office is located at The Fennel Sentul East. As our office building need access card to go in hence you may park outside guardhouse, call us when reaching so our colleague can pass the flower to you personally.
Self collection time is Mon-Fri 12pm-7pm; Sat 9am to 2pm.
Q5/ Can I walk in to purchase?
Unfortunately we do not accept walk in at this moment as we are home based florist. You can place order via our website or feel free to call us +6014-663-4913 for any enquiries.
Q6/ How can I check the delivery fees?
Kindly add the product into the cart. At the “Shopping Cart” page, you can click “Click here to check your delivery fees” at cart total. Insert the shipping postcode into the ZIP section to check the rate.
Q7/ What are the payment methods?
We accept credit card & ipay88.
Q8/ Oh No! The recipient is not around at the time of delivery…
If no recipient or representative is available to receive the flowers, we will:
Option A: Leave the flower at…
- For Office- to receptionist/ colleagues/ at the door step
- For House/ Apartment/ Condominium- security guard/ at the door-step/ neighbours
Option B: Reschedule the delivery
An additional redelivery fee RM50 will be charged.
If we are unable to reach you within 10mins of courier arrival, we will go for Option A. Hence, kindly ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery on the specific time range.We will not take responsibility for lost or damaged items.
Q9/ Will the flower delivery delay?
We will do our best to hand the bouquet before 6pm. However please expect a slight delay when there may be unforeseen circumstances. We will not take responsibility for the late delivery due to natural disaster, bad weather, incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses, and any other reasons that beyond our control.
Q10/ I’ve changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
Q11/ How do I keep my flowers fresh?
You can remove the wrappers. Remove excess leaves & trim the stems of flowers to put them in the vase filled with water. Remember to keep flowers away from heat and place in a cold environment 🙂
